Episode 16 Carly Kia Ora and welcome to my 16th episode. Meet Carly. Carly and I have been friends for years and I knew when I started this podcast, she was someone I wanted on here. Carly is kind and passionate and definitely someone you want on your team. Carly’s story takes us on an educational journey about depression, anxiety, ADHD and more. She's open and honest and helps us to dig in a little more about what that means. Carly gets real about her children and the things she’s learned with her Autistic daughter, Hadley, and her type one diabetic son, August, and the joys and struggles that go along with that.
